Source Photonics launched a series of photoelectric conversion module and optical transceiver

On March 7, 2012, Source Photonics in OFC 10G EPON exhibition launched symmetric OLT and ONU optical transceiver series products. The transceiver product line includes an XFP package 10Gb/s EPON OLT. The OLT products in full compliance with the PR30 interface to the IEEE802.3av-2009 standard, and the IEEE802.3-2008 1000Base- PX20 standard. Based on the Source Photonics unique photonic integrated circuit technology, including 10Gb/s and 1Gb/s OLT transceiver and double the downstream transmitter, can choose 10Gb/s or 1Gb/s upper receiver, can be flexible for the 10G /1G EPON coexist in a PON network to provide flexible upgrade path.
